- Representing an established construction company in an application to annul an international arbitration award.
- Acting for a contractor in an arbitration claim in excess of MUR 150 million against the employer under FIDIC conditions of contract.
- Assisting a global business company in an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration commenced to determine whether its board of directors had been legally constituted.
- Advising a local bank on the recovery of debts via legal action such as bankruptcy and seizure proceedings, providing legal opinions on company and banking laws, court process, employment-related disputes, and representing the bank before different fora.
- Obtaining the discharge of attachment orders sought by the then Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) against company assets, which comprised a substantial number of immovable properties in Mauritius.
- Representing the current Prime Minister of Mauritius in court proceedings to successfully obtain the discharge of an attachment order issued against the bank accounts of his party by the regulator.
- Initiating proceedings on behalf of a shareholder of a major real estate corporation in Mauritius after a dispute between the partners arose to compel the acquisition of his shares.
- Assisting a shareholder of a global business company in liquidation to recoup losses caused by the actions of the directors at the time.
- Advising local companies and overseas conglomerates on public procurement and bidding exercises in Mauritius, including representing them in proceedings to challenge awards by the public bodies.
- Advising receiver-managers, administrators and liquidators on their appointment, duties and on the distribution of sale proceeds, and assisting with litigation under the Insolvency Act.
- Advising on a commercial dispute between a local pharmaceutical company and an international courier enterprise.
- Drafting and reviewing real estate promotion and joint venture agreements for real estate developers.
- Advising on agreements to assign claims worth USD 50 million.
- Assisting partners of an entity subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement in litigation exceeding USD 25 million against the Deed Administrator and creditors.
- Challenging the constitutionality of legislative amendments allowing law enforcement officials to access prescription records kept by pharmacies, and of certain actions of the then Speaker of the Mauritius National Assembly.
